UNHID’s story began long before its name. Our roots in Dubai trace back to the 1960s — an era that marked the rise of the city itself. Over the past six decades, our group has helped shape its architectural landscape, contributing to the creation, construction, and fit-out of many of the region’s most iconic landmarks, including Burj Al Arab, Armani Hotel Dubai, Atlantis The Royal, and Address Hotels & Resorts, along with hundreds of royal palaces and VIP private residences and destinations. Today, UNHID carries that legacy forward through bespoke real estate developments in the UAE and United States; each one defined by craftsmanship, technical mastery, and enduring value.
